Coming from station life as a child, and boarding at an equestrian high school, Alice fitted into her role at RDA Alice Springs like a natural. She loves nothing more than riding, getting to work outdoors, and building relationships with our horses and riders. Alice is our Horse Manager, responsible for buying, trialing, training and sorting the exercise and feeds for all the horses.

As well as being one of our Level 1 coaches she is our Coach Educator and training to be Level 2 Coach.

Our head coach Lauren was born and raised in Alice Springs, and has worked and lived here her whole life. Lauren first learnt to ride many years ago here at RDA before ending up getting her own horses and now ending up back at RDA coaching new riders. She loves spending time with her two horses when not at work and getting out to compete in local dressage and jumping competitions. When she isn't working, Lauren loves to spend time with her dogs and enjoy a good movie

Ricko is one of our very capable stable hands. Without him, we would not be able to run at all. As well as stable duties, he helps in lessons, fix fences, cleans all water troughs, water our arena and so much more. Our RDA centre wouldn't look half as clean without Ricko's attention to detail. 

Issac is one of our enthusiastic stable hands. It is hard to wipe the smile off his face when he is working with his other team mates and our horses. He has learned a great deal since starting as a casual with us, and he continues to learn from Ricko.
